A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, supporting students from PreK through 7th grade. This contract role involves working 37.5 hours per week in a K-12 school setting, providing essential speech and language services to help students reach their communication goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students in PreK-7th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and communicate effectively with the educational team.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students on a regular basis, employing evidence-based techniques.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably with students ranging from PreK to 7th grade.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with educational standards and special education regulations.

  • Position based in Sanger, CA, serving a local K-12 school community.
