An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services in an elementary and middle school setting. This contract position spans the 2025/2026 school year and is ideal for candidates passionate about pediatric speech therapy within educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to elementary and middle school students.
  • Manage an average caseload of approximately 55 students.
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized therapy plans compliant with educational and clinical standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain thorough records and participate in team meetings as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Eligible for or holding a Speech-Language Pathology license applicable to healthcare or educational settings.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school-based environments.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy methods is advantageous but this role will primarily be in-person.
  • Candidates completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Position based on site within Santa Clara, California.
