This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapeutic services in an elementary school setting serving students from 4th to 6th grade. The position is full-time with a caseload of approximately 41 students, offering a consistent schedule within a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ specific needs.
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in grades 4 through 6.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and required reports.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting.
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 41 students efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for collaboration within a school environment.
  • Commitment to providing in-person services.
