Qualifications:

  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Proficient in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ goals.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students’ needs.
