Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students' speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEPs, fostering effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote students' overall development.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators and specialists.
