• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or pending Arkansas SLP license, or the ability to apply for one
• ASHA certification is a plus, though Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong assessment, treatment, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student needs
