A K-12 school located in Shingletown, CA is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position during the current school year (CSY). This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting the communication needs of students across all grade levels and fostering their academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches to student care.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Valid credentials or certification to work as an SLP in a school setting.
  • Experience working with school-aged children (K-12).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs.
