Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor students’ progress.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment.
  • Educate and engage families regarding speech and language development and strategies to support their children.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records as required by regulatory bodies.
