Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Sioux Falls, South Dakota

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the current school year (CSY) at a K-12 educational setting in Sioux Falls, SD. This onsite-only contract role offers a chance to work directly with students in a school environment, supporting their speech and language development from the start of assignment through the end of the school year (EOSY).

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC preferred)
• Experience in K-12 school settings with pediatric populations
• Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus but this position is onsite
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) experience in school or healthcare settings is valued

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy to K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation according to state and school policies
• Support student communication needs in both individual and group settings
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary goals
