Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with telepractice is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
  • Conduct workshops and training for staff and parents on speech and language development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
