A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Somerton, AZ. This role supports students in grades K-8 within a dynamic educational setting. The position is contract-based and requires onsite attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 8th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure integrated care and effective communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide speech and language programs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Arizona SLP licensure and educational certification required
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology services and K-12 student populations
  • Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and educators
