Key qualifications and experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Background in school-based speech therapy preferred
- Ability to deliver teletherapy services is a plus
- Open to Speech-Language Pathologists in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Commitment to K-12 student populations and able to provide onsite support
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
- Delivering direct speech therapy services, onsite primarily, with occasional teletherapy as needed
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies
