Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with varying speech and language disorders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ overall development.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as available.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or in the Clinical Fellow Year (CFY).
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
