A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school caseload. This position is located in South Portland, ME, and offers in-person work three days per week from January 5, 2026, through June 10, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience
- Experience working in school settings with pediatric caseloads
- Strong understanding of speech-language development and pediatric disorders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
Location and Schedule:
- Elementary school setting in South Portland, ME
- In-person schedule, 3 days per week
- Contract duration from January 5, 2026, to June 10, 2026
