Key Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working as an SLP in K-12 school settings
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
- Strong knowledge of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and school-based therapy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in individual or group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in meetings related to student goals and program development
