Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on early childhood.
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Proven experience working with young children, particularly those with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the speech and language needs of children.
- Provide direct therapy and support to students, fostering their communication skills.
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement IEPs and monitor progress.
- Conduct screenings and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Engage with families to provide guidance and support regarding their child's development.
