Speech Language Pathologist in Sterling Heights, MI

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in an elementary school setting in Sterling Heights, MI. This role supports students from pre-school through elementary levels, providing essential speech and language services to enhance communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress.
• Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
• Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language intervention.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification (CCC preferred).
• Experience working in school settings, ideally with pre-school and elementary-aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite full-time, 35 hours per week.
• No SLPA or SLP-CF candidates considered for this position.
