Speech and Language Pathologist - Stevensville, MD

An opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide full-time services in a K-12 educational setting from September 2, 2025, through June 17, 2026. This contract position supports students across grade levels, focusing on improving their communication and language skills to enhance educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress.
• Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language impairments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid CCC certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working in school-based settings, ideally with K-12 populations.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.

Location: This role is based in Denton, Maryland, serving a full academic year from early September to mid-June.
