Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location: Concord, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language skills
- Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and IEP documentation
- Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school activities
