Providing comprehensive speech-language pathology services for an elementary school setting, this contract opportunity is ideal for licensed SLPs or clinical fellows seeking a meaningful role spanning the 2026 school year. Located in Sutherlin, OR, this position supports a caseload of approximately 50 students, ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, with a focus on delivering individualized intervention and assessment as part of a collaborative educational team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop treatment plans for students ages K-12
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to support communication development across various disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with school and district policies
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional expertise

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF) welcomed
  • Experience working in school settings preferred, with knowledge of educational standards
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 50 students effectively and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to engage with multidisciplinary teams
