Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist License or Certification, or be a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Proficiency in assessment and therapeutic techniques for speech and language disorders
Location:
Tacoma, WA
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a supportive school environment
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development
