Seeking a skilled professional to provide essential speech-language pathology services within an elementary school setting in Tahlequah, OK. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
  • Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
  • Engage with families to provide guidance and support regarding their child’s communication development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
