A full-time role is available for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy, supporting K-12 students with severe disabilities in a Delaware school setting. This contract position spans the current school year, from the start date through December 21, 2025, providing an opportunity to deliver critical speech therapy services remotely.
Location:
- Remote teletherapy services for a school district in Delaware (Wyoming, DE area)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy speech-language services to approximately 35 students with severe disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and write IEP documentation
- Conduct ongoing data collection and progress monitoring to inform therapy effectiveness
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication needs
- Maintain compliance with state guidelines and therapy best practices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Delaware
- Experience delivering speech therapy services to students with severe disabilities
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technologies
- Strong skills in IEP development and documentation
- Ability to manage a full caseload with effective time management
- Excellent communication and data collection skills
