School SLP Remote | Delaware

A full-time role is available for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy, supporting K-12 students with severe disabilities in a Delaware school setting. This contract position spans the current school year, from the start date through December 21, 2025, providing an opportunity to deliver critical speech therapy services remotely.

Location:

• Remote teletherapy services for a school district in Delaware (Wyoming, DE area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide teletherapy speech-language services to approximately 35 students with severe disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and write IEP documentation
• Conduct ongoing data collection and progress monitoring to inform therapy effectiveness
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication needs
• Maintain compliance with state guidelines and therapy best practices

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Delaware
• Experience delivering speech therapy services to students with severe disabilities
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technologies
• Strong skills in IEP development and documentation
• Ability to manage a full caseload with effective time management
• Excellent communication and data collection skills
