A Contract Speech-Language Pathologist position is available serving K-12 students at a school located on Holloman Air Force Base, NM. This role focuses on delivering teletherapy and traditional speech-language services to support the communication development of pediatric clients within the educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and individualized therapy sessions to students.
  • Utilize both telespeech and face-to-face intervention methods to meet diverse student needs.
  • Document progress and maintain compliant records according to applicable guidelines.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals.
  • Adjust therapy approaches based on ongoing assessment and student response.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.
  • Previous work within school-based settings preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, with a preference for full-time (37.5 hours weekly), though part-time arrangements may be considered.
