A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Temecula, CA, serving a K-12 school setting. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY), focusing on supporting students across all grade levels with communication and speech challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Deliver therapy services aligned with students' educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals to develop effective communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure continuity of care and reach diverse student populations.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, or school environments.
- Familiarity with teletherapy delivery methods.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or recently completed.
- Knowledge of educational standards and special education regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
