A K-12 school in Troy, OH is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support to students throughout the academic year. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling options, with both full-time and part-time positions available, ideal for professionals dedicated to making a measurable impact on student communication development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational guidelines
  • Participate in meetings and assist with individualized education program (IEP) development

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage students and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of educational speech and language standards and relevant regulations
  • Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time during the normal school year (NSY)
