Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly within school settings
- Familiarity with a range of speech and language disorders
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored IEPs to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate effective communication strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
