A full-time Speech Language Pathologist role is available for PreK through 8th grade students, with openings in middle school and elementary settings in Urbana, IL. This contract position spans the school year and offers guaranteed hours focused exclusively on direct and indirect speech therapy services, with no additional duties such as bus duty or parent pickup required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in a school-based setting

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support to students from PreK to 8th grade
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district standards
