Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech and language support.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a comprehensive support system for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with a focus on pediatric populations.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing IEPs.
