A temporary speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Vineland, NJ, offering a contract position ideal for professionals with pediatric and school-based experience. This role covers a leave of absence from January 28 through June 24, with a shift in weekly hours after March.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Conduct assessments, track progress, and maintain documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the developmental needs of children.

Desired Qualifications or Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC).
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically in schools.
  • Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language programs and interventions.

Work Schedule and Duration:

  • January 28 to March 31: Full-time, 5 days a week, 8:05 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • April 13 to June 24: Part-time, 2 days a week, with flexibility on days.

This contract position is well suited for a qualified SLP seeking to deliver targeted therapy services in a dynamic elementary school environment.
