A healthcare organization in Watsonville, CA is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students throughout the academic school year under a contract position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet students’ unique needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide consultative services and assist in developing communication strategies to enhance student learning

Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid State School Speech-Language Pathologist credential
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills across a broad range of speech and language disorders
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Location: Watsonville, CA
Position Type: Contract, full academic school year (CSY)
