A dynamic opportunity exists for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in pediatric and school-based services at an early childhood educational setting located in Waukesha, WI. This contract position is set for the current school year and focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language therapy to support young learners’ developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for early childhood students.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide clinical facilitation for Candidates in the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY).

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in early childhood and school-based speech therapy.
  • Pediatric SLP expertise with a strong understanding of developmental communication disorders.
  • Completion or active pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and educational regulations related to pediatric speech-language pathology.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is a plus.
