A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an elementary school serving Pre-K through elementary grade students. The role offers a contract for the current school year (CSY) with a caseload focused on pediatric speech and language needs.
Location: Wesley Chapel, FL
Schedule: 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students from Pre-K through elementary levels
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in meetings and professional development as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid certification or license as an SLP or SLPA, preferably with pediatric or school-based experience
- Experience working with students from Pre-K through elementary school
- Strong communication skills with children and educational professionals
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently
