A school district near Plymouth, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services to students during the upcoming school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, addressing the individual communication needs of children through specialized therapy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in Wisconsin
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience in school settings preferred but not required
  • Ability to work effectively with pediatric populations
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus

Location: West Bend, Wisconsin

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments to identify students’ communication challenges
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Providing direct therapy services both in-person and potentially via teletherapy platforms
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking student outcomes
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expert recommendations
