A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support a K-12 school in West Branch, MI. This contract position runs from ASAP through June 12th, 2026, serving students from early intervention through high school levels. The role involves working with a diverse age range, including possible responsibilities such as home and preschool visits.
Key Qualifications:
- Certified SLP with experience in school settings, including CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Skilled in teletherapy and direct pediatric care
- Experience with healthcare-related speech-language pathology and holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Familiarity with intervention across early childhood to adolescent age groups
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct therapy services both in-person and through teletherapy as appropriate
- Support early intervention services and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct home and preschool visits to extend support to young children in natural environments
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
