A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available to provide essential services within an elementary school setting in West Chester, PA. This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the current school year, offering a consistent 30-hour workweek, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities include delivering speech and language support primarily to K-8 students, with an emphasis on middle school caseload management. Additional duties involve assisting with overflow caseloads in the elementary grades and providing compensatory speech services from the previous academic year.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • An active Pennsylvania license and current certifications relevant to Speech-Language Pathology
  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
  • Proficiency in IEP writing and collaboration with educational teams
  • A commitment to student support and effective communication with staff

Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work onsite and reside near the West Chester area.
