Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 8.5 hours per week of direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Provide indirect services, including assessment, planning, and documentation to support student progress.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in meetings related to student progress and therapy goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license, with eligibility to practice in Maryland preferred.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology settings, specifically with K-12 populations.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders as related to educational environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
