Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for a K-12 school setting in Westerville, OH, to support students across elementary schools. These contract positions start ASAP and continue through the end of the school year. Each SLP will manage a caseload of no more than 60 students, providing essential speech and language services as part of the school’s multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Deliver direct therapy sessions to students with diverse speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and complete required reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings, Pediatrics, and with K-12 populations.
- Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus.
- Capable of managing manageable caseloads effectively.
- Commitment to a contract position for the current school year.
Schedule & Location:
- Positions available at elementary schools in Westerville, OH.
- Work hours: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (typical staff hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
- Contract position through the school year.
