Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Westerville, Ohio

Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists are sought for a K-12 school setting in Westerville, OH, to support students across elementary schools. These contract positions start ASAP and continue through the end of the school year. Each SLP will manage a caseload of no more than 60 students, providing essential speech and language services as part of the school’s multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions to students with diverse speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation and complete required reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
• Experience working in school settings, Pediatrics, and with K-12 populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy methods is a plus.
• Capable of managing manageable caseloads effectively.
• Commitment to a contract position for the current school year.

Schedule & Location:

• Positions available at elementary schools in Westerville, OH.
• Work hours: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (typical staff hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
• Contract position through the school year.
