This position offers an opportunity to apply specialized speech-language pathology skills within a dynamic K-12 school environment located in Willmar, MN. The role is a contract position for the current school year, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. The work hours accommodate typical school days, either from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and school-aged children
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for SLP roles
  • Ability to serve multi-building school settings, including both elementary and secondary schools
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language programs and educational protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services related to speech, language, and communication disorders in children across K-12 grade levels
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress in collaboration with educational teams
  • Manage caseloads efficiently within an elementary and secondary school setting
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer professional guidance to teachers and staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and educational standards
