A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school located in Wills Point, Texas, approximately one hour east of downtown Dallas. This full-semester contract position runs from August 14, 2025, through May 29, 2026, offering a dynamic and flexible hybrid work structure.

Responsibilities include evaluating students and delivering speech therapy services onsite, while also completing evaluations and participating in ARD/IEP meetings virtually from home. The role requires direct interaction with students in person for therapy and assessments. Additionally, this position may involve supervising one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), with the potential for increased hours throughout the school year based on needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid Texas School SLP licensure or eligibility
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings
  • Ability to effectively conduct evaluations and provide therapy for a diverse caseload
  • Strong communication skills for virtual and in-person collaboration with educators and families
  • Prior experience supervising or mentoring SLPA preferred but not required

Location: Wills Point, Texas 75169 (approximately 1 hour east of Dallas, TX)

Hours: 8 to 24 hours per week, with exact schedule to be discussed during the interview process
