A full-time contracted opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to serve K-12 students in a dynamic school environment located in Woodway, Texas. This contract role begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the school year (EOSY), providing the chance to contribute to a range of pediatric caseloads tailored to your preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students across Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans based on student assessments
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Provide teletherapy services as needed to accommodate student needs
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Certification Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school settings preferred
- SLPAs with appropriate school and healthcare experience are also encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads with attention to individual student goals
- Strong communication skills and commitment to supporting student development
