Join a K-12 educational setting in Providence, RI, as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting students within a public school district. This contract position offers flexibility with either part-time or full-time hours and a caseload tailored to current district needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students under the school’s speech and hearing program.
  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with state and district policies.
  • Attend team meetings and professional development sessions as scheduled.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid State SLP license and certification (ASHA CCC-SLP preferred).
  • Experience working in school settings with children across K-12 grade levels.
  • Ability to provide in-person therapy services; hybrid arrangements may be considered.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt caseloads based on the district’s evolving requirements.

Location: Providence, RI
Contract Duration: Immediate start through June 16, 2026
Hours: Part-time or full-time options available based on candidate preference and counseling district needs.
