Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - York, Pennsylvania

A healthcare facility is seeking four skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services across three different K-8 school sites. These full-time contract positions offer an opportunity to deliver high-quality speech therapy to pediatric students during the current school year.

Locations & Schedule:

• Positions based in York, PA
• Assignments span three different school sites
• Two full-time roles (2.0 FTE) at one K-8 site
• K-8 student population served
• 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluation and therapy to pediatric students
• Support communication needs within educational settings
• Implement teletherapy options as appropriate to enhance accessibility
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows (CFYs), supporting their professional development

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
• Experience working with school-aged children in K-8 settings
• Ability to manage caseloads in both in-person and teletherapy formats
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged; supervision support available
• Familiarity with supporting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
