In an educational setting in Salem, OH, professionals will provide specialized speech and language services to students. This role involves working with a K-12 population, focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each student's needs.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions aimed at achieving speech and language goals.
- Carefully monitor and document student progress throughout the therapy process.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a speech-language pathologist.
- Preferred possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
