Location: Ravenna, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with assessment results.
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions that target specific speech and language goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance coordinated care for students.
  • Involve and educate families in the therapy process to support student success.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
