Location: Ravenna, OH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with assessment results.
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions that target specific speech and language goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance coordinated care for students.
- Involve and educate families in the therapy process to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
