A school district in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a collaborative team supporting K-12 students. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive educational environment throughout the school year.

Position Details:

  • 2-4 openings (SLPs and Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are encouraged to apply)
  • Part-time schedule: approximately 3.75 hours per day, totaling 18.75 hours per week
  • Work directly with students across kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Contract duration aligned with the school year

Qualifications:

  • Valid Michigan SLP license required
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome; supervision will be provided as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies
