A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the current school year within a K-12 educational setting located in Yuba City, CA. This contract role will cover a 3-month leave and offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language support to students across grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to support student progress.
  • Document and report student performance and therapy outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success planning.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current California license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience working with children in school-based settings (K-12).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals.
