This position seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for onsite placement in a K-12 school setting. The role involves providing speech services to a small caseload of 4 to 5 students with injuries requiring support as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Location: Yukon, Oklahoma
Schedule: This school operates on a year-round calendar. Regular school days follow a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 2:15 pm. During holiday breaks and summer sessions, hours shift to 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Contract Term: Year-round placement starting immediately through August, with options for renewal or transition to permanent status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech therapy services tailored to the needs of K-12 students with speech and language impairments.
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEP goals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide professional input in educational planning.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP licensure appropriate for practice in Oklahoma.
  • Credentialed with ASHA’s CCC or in the CFY with plans for full certification.
  • Experience working within pediatric and school-based settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships.
