Qualifications:
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in California
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Previous experience working in educational settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct support to students under the supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
- Manage a manageable caseload to ensure personalized attention to each student
