This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide support within a K-12 school setting. The position is primarily part-time, starting with one day per week and expected to extend to 3-4 days per week through the school year. The contract role begins as soon as possible and continues until the end of the school year.

- Coalinga, CA (part-time start with potential for additional days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapeutic services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Support communication development and address speech, language, and swallowing needs in the school environment.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to facilitate effective interventions.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) credential.
- Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow guidance from speech-language pathologists and adapt to students’ needs.
- Reliable and flexible to accommodate changing schedules and caseloads.
